Make cheques payable to LMDF
LMDF reserves the right to limit the number and/or type of commercial booths. LMDF is not responsible for lost or stolen property. The Show Committee will use due care and diligence for the welfare of all exhibitors and dogs but will not be responsible for nor assume any liability in the event of accident or other misfortune to dogs. exhibitors or patrons. Children must be under the control of a guardian at all times. Spaces aer assigned as reservation forms AND PAYMENTS are received. POST DATED CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
BOOTH FEES DO NOT INCLUDE PARKING FEES. No more than 4 wristbands per booth are supplied for entry.
Additional wristbands may be purchased from LMDF.

No refunds for cancellations after August 1st 2011.
50% deposit required, full payment due by Sept. 1st
