It is with great sadness we advise of the passing of All Breed Judge Charles (Charlie) H Francis on May 24, 2011. With with wife, Sharon, they were proud breeders and exhibitors of Irish Setters and Chinese Crested (STARWARD Perm. Reg. & O'IRISH Perm. Reg.) and judged most places around the world. They mentored, assisted and befriended a large number of people throughout the dog show world and his contribution will be missed.
